Thursday Greeters for the Festival of Trees
12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 12/26
Shifts: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm

Help us celebrate our annual Festival of Trees! Thursday Greeters will greet people as they enter the museum, offer basic guidance, and hand out activity sheets.

Comfy chair provided! You are welcome to bring a book, knitting project, or other simple activity to fill time between guests. You can also invite a friend or loved one to volunteer with you.

This volunteer opportunity would also be wonderful for local groups who want to complete volunteer hours. WCHS is testing out "sponsored" volunteer days - we will happily promote your community organization or local group in exchange for volunteer hours. Email our volunteer coordinator with any questions - outreach@wrighthistory.org

What is the Festival of Trees?
The Festival of Trees is an annual holiday event hosted by the Wright County Historical Society. Dozens of trees are decorated by local organizations, community members, and staff and displayed in exhibit galleries. We receive hundreds of visitors over the course of the month and need your help in making those visitors feel welcome!
