Volunteers needed to round on patients, assist nursing staff with various non clinical tasks such as wheeling patients down after discharge, visiting with patients, restocking supplies, doing falls prevention rounding and education, other projects or duties as assigned.
Volunteer opportunities are available on three of our medical surgical/tele units. Must be comfortable interacting with medical staff and patients. The work will be non clinical.

  • 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM PST
  • afternoon / 12:30 PM to 04:30 PM PST
  • 04:30 PM to 08:30 PM PST

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 100 hour minimum time commitment. Six months to one year minimum preferred.
  • Volunteers required to complete hospital on-boarding including health clearance, compliance training, background check, and hospital orientation before beginning. On-boarding takes about one month.
