Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Manage the check-in desk and answer any questions the donor may have. Most importantly, ensure each blood donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.
This role is for you if you enjoy meeting and talking to people.
Time Commitment: Red Cross Blood Donor Ambassadors will typically fulfill a 4-6 hour shift, depending on the event. It is preferred that all volunteers serve for a minimum of 3 months. In Rutherford County, this volunteer opportunity is offered on weekdays and weekends.
