Mission Statement

Together, we create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Description

Make-A-Wish North Dakota is a non-profit organization that strives to grant the one true heartfelt wish for children who are facing a critical illness. Make-A-Wish ND serves all children who qualify for the program and reside in the state of North Dakota. To receive a wish, a child must be:

  • medically eligible (i.e., a progressive, degenerative or malignant condition that has placed the child’s life in jeopardy);
  • be older than 2 ½ and younger than 18 at time of the referral; and
  • not have received a wish from another wish-granting organization.
When a wish comes true, it creates strength, hope and transformation. Our vision is that we are dedicated to making every eligible child’s wish come true.
