Memphis Pets Alive! works year round to trap community cats to be spayed or neutered and then returned to their community. We need volunteers that are able to work with the community cat caregivers to trap the cats and transport them to the clinic to be spayed or neutered and then picked up and returned to their community.
No experience is necessary. Any help with part of the process is welcome. If you can only help with transport or only with trapping. Supplies will be provided

Description
We are implementing innovative & progressive ways to help shelter pets in the Memphis & Mid-South area after studying the best practices of other cities. We are currently focused on helping the healthy and treatable pets who are at risk in a shelter, by rescuing the pets who are at the greatest risk of euthanasia and helping owners with alternatives to shelter surrenders.
