We are thrilled to announce the opening of our second location to better serve at-risk families and adults in our community-and we need your help to make it happen!
Join us for Moving Day and be part of this exciting milestone. This is a wonderful opportunity to lend a helping hand while fulfilling community service hour requirements.
Event Details:Date: January 31, 2025 and February 1, 2025
Location 1: Mcdonough, GA Location 2: Atlanta, GA
Time: 9:30 am
Breakfast and Snacks Provided
Volunteers will assist with moving and setting up items at our new location. Some lifting is required, but we promise to keep the atmosphere fun and collaborative.
Volunteer Perks:Community Service Hours: This single event meets most community service hour requirements (court-ordered included).
Transportation Assistance: Available for those with documented need.
Team-Building Opportunity: Groups and families are welcomed to volunteer together!
Snacks Provided: Enjoy refreshments as our thanks for your support.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Bring a valid ID.

We address community health, chronic illness and STIs, and nutritional insecurity. We deliver every service and honor every partnership with diversity, equity, and inclusion, every voice that needs to be heard.
Description
At Help From Hattie, we engage with community members to assess needs and provide the services and items they need to achieve optimal living. We conduct community health assessment days, fairs, and family fun events like bowling, relays, and community meals. We need assistance making posters, filling nags with supplies for the public, sign-in sheets, and any social media savvy folks to spread the word about our work. If you love people and want to have a great time join our team.
