CAFE 180 is a restaurant where 100% of the proceeds from your meal go directly toward feeding those who are experiencing food insecurity. At CAFE 180, all of the free meals we provide to those facing food insecurity are prepared daily in our kitchen and delivered to partner organizations in the Denver Metro area.

Our non-profit depends on volunteers as we have limited full-time staff. Our volunteers allow us to be able to offer free meals with dignity as well as invite the community into our mission. No special skills are required! We’re just looking for people that enjoy learning, serving in their community and meeting new people. Volunteers help prepare salads, sandwiches, soups, caterered meals, and wash dishes. Everyone works together to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

CAFE 180 creates space for everyone to feel good about the food they eat, the work they do, the people they connect to, and the time they spend. We get to know all people as individuals and invite everyone to be part of our community.

EVERYONE HAS SOMETHING TO OFFER.

Everyone has something to give and everyone is worthy of receiving. We look for creative ways to balance our traditional systems of exchange, allowing people to volunteer their time if they don’t have the resources to pay for a meal.

WE’RE ALL CONNECTED.

We stand by the side of people in our community who are traditionally left out of our social structure, and give all people a chance to connect with people who they may not spend time with on an average day.
