Are you someone who likes to let their creative juices flow to design/craft whatever your heart desires at the moment. I am the volunteer coordinator and I love to DIY things. I would like to have someone who can partner with me for the holiday season approaching.

We will build/create whatever our hearts and mind can think of.
We will drop off the item(s) to your assigned patient at the time.

Virtually:
Building your heartfelt creation from the comfort of your own home. I can mail you shipping labels and you can ship/deliver to your patient directly. Direct patient drop off are okay as well (:

Examples:

  • Making Cards
  • Baking
  • Knitting/Crocheting
  • Keepsakes for seniors and families

Mission Statement

To provide compassionate care and extraordinary service to the patients and the families we serve.

Description

Volunteers provide emotional support and companionship, comfort, and respite to our patients and families. All of our patients have been diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and have a prognosis of 6 months or less to live. They have opted for palliative care, rather than pursuing further curative treatment. We strive to enable our patients to live their last days in the most fulfilling manner possible, whether they choose to do so in their home or in a nursing facility.
