NAMI HelpLine Specialists respond to inquiries by phone, web chat, and text to provide valuable information about mental health conditions and treatment options, NAMI education and support programs, and other mental health resources. NAMI HelpLine Specialists also help individuals and families improve their lives and advance mental health recovery by listening to their concerns and providing brief emotional support.

  • 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM EST - FULL
    Shifts are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM EST - FULL
    Shifts are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST - FULL
    Shifts are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST).
