Join The BluShues (pronounced "blue shoes") Team!
BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free
Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word
of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the
transformative power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message
of hope and
faith.

Responsibilities:
● Plan and coordinate 4-8 events annually, ensuring they align with
BluShues' mission and goals.
● Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor
management, budgeting, and timeline development.
● Develop advertising materials and marketing strategies.
● Work closely with partners and sponsors to organize events that support
BluShues' mission, providing them with necessary support and resources.
● Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and
reporting, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for future events.
● Maintain accurate records of event-related expenses and income.
Person Specification:
● Passionate about BluShues' mission and committed to furthering its goals
through events.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
● Detail-oriented and proactive, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
● Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and
engaging event concepts.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and
deadlines.
● Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Qualifications and Competencies:
❖ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing,communications, nonprofit management, or event planning preferred but not
required.
❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
❖ Knowledge of event principles and best practices.
❖ Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects
simultaneously preferred but not required.
❖ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and
stakeholders.
❖ Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles can be a plus.
❖ Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining donor
confidentiality.

BluShues, Inc. primarily accomplishes this purpose by providing new, full-size, free Bibles to individuals and organizations.
