We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in childcare management to serve as our Child Care Director. Currently, this vital role involves scheduling helpers and coordinating with the mothers. We would like this to eventually include creating a program to help the children heal from the trauma they have experienced thus far.

• Review, agree with, and sign the Child Care Volunteer Agreement.

• Willingness to undergo background check.

• A strong Christian faith with experience in managing schedules and working with children and their families.

• Experience in communicating effectively with childcare volunteers and mothers to coordinate care.

• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.

• Your commitment as our Child Care Director will play a crucial role in providing a supportive and nurturing environment where children can grow spiritually and emotionally.

Every Volunteer must be in full alignment of and practicing our statement of faith.

Statement of Faith: We believe the Bible is God's inspired word and is useful for each generation. We believe in the Trinity, that God exists Three-in-One as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, working together from creation until this day. We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, died for our sins, was buried, and that He rose again on the third day. We believe that Jesus is the Messiah, that He is equal with God yet humbled himself to the point of death, and that every knee will one day bow to Him and declare Him LORD.
