April 9th 2024, will be celebrated as National Library Worker Day. On this day, we plan to give bookmarks made using origami (heart, corner pieces and mini books) to librarians in the community.
We have reached out to the local libraries and have received an overwhelming response.. Over 1000 origamis need to be completed by 1st of April so that we can hand over the origami to the facilities before April 9th.
If you like to make origami for librarians in the community, please sign up for this event and we will send you the tutorials to make these.
If you are in the Portland Metro region, please reach out to us and we can coordinate a time that works for all to receive the origami made by you.
If you are not in the region, you can mail the origami to us at 7325 NE Imbrie Dr. #139 Hillsboro OR 97124
If you have origami club in your school/college and would like to make it as a group, we could also discuss the option to sponsor the origami paper if required!
