ORGANIZATION: Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center

Hello friends! We are currently in need of volunteers interested in assisting us in the kitchen! Kitchen volunteer responsibilities would include preparing, cooking, and serving meals for our clients in shelter. Current opportunities are available Mondays through Fridays, 10am to 6pm. If you are interested, please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Delaney Jones, at DelaneyJ@Hope-Healing.org.

Hope and Healing Survivor Resource Center is home to the Battered Women's Shelter and Rape Crisis Center of Medina and Summit Counties. We provide advocacy services to survivors of intimate partner violence, human trafficking, sexual violence, and stalking throughout both counties.   • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Kitchen and outreach volunteers are required to complete an asynchronous 20-hour training regarding the survivorships of our clients. Direct service volunteers are required to complete an asynchronous 40-hour training that overviews our services.
