The Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run is the original festive (timed & untimed) 5K for charity in Westchester! It is where you can strut your stuff in your favorite holiday attire and FEEL GOOD about DOING GOOD. We are looking for committee members that will assist in the development and execution of a plan for a successful Jingle Bell Run and ensure that event goals and objectives are met. Also, we are looking to obtain corporate sponsorships, recruit team captains, runners, and walkers, increase community awareness of the event, and provide logistical support for and during the event.
Length of commitment: 6 months (July - December)
Time commitment: 1-2 hours/week, 4 hours day-of
Committee Member Responsibilities:
-Participate in monthly committee meetings/teleconferences
-Aid in the implementation of an action plan to reach financial and participant goals
*Attend the JBR on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Manhattanville University
*Participate in post-event evaluation meeting
*Become knowledgeable about the Arthritis Foundation and its mission and services
