Thank you for your interest in being a SUPER Volunteer for the 10th Annual Omaha Superhero Heart Run! Volunteers are needed throughout the event, between roughly 8:00am - 3:00pm.
Complete the registration to sign-up for your desired volunteer role. Approximate time for each shift is two to 3 hours; full details will be sent to you prior to the run.
- Volunteers must attend a virtual pre-event meeting. Details will be sent to you via email prior to the run.
- A signed event waiver is required for each volunteer. A parent/guardian must sign for minor volunteers.
- If you have a preferred role (merchandise, run route, etc), please indicate in the comments section. We try to accommodate all requests.
- You can sign up for multiple shifts if you would like!
- Group volunteer roles & positions for children, teens, 55+ and families are available. Please contact the opportunity coordinator.
- If you need a volunteer form signed, please bring it with you to the event or coordinate a time before the run.
Shift 1: EVENT SET-UP VOLUNTEERS - Set-up all areas for run event, move tables, tents, boxes and more.
Shift 2: DURING EVENT VOLUNTEERS - Includes check-in, registration, merchandise, assisting with the run routes, event activities and more.
Shift 3: EVENT BREAKDOWN VOLUNTEERS - Breakdown, packing and clean-up following the run event.
