The Peel Compton Foundation is seeking enthusiastic lifelong learners to serve as volunteer Museum Docents at the Peel Museum & Botanical Garden. Representing the foundation and museum to the public, docents provide interactive experiences in the historic house, answering questions and educating visitors about the Samuel W. Peel family and Northwest Arkansas in the late 1800s.
New docent training and opportunities for continuing education are provided. You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer.

- Museum docent shifts are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Volunteers are asked to commit to 2 weekday shifts or 1 Saturday shift per month. We are happy to work with your schedule and this opportunity is flexible.
