Are you interested in supporting Ann Arbor’s largest art fair of 2022? If so, The Guild of Artists and Artisans could use your help! Join us in setting up the Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair on July 20th from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Shifts will be broken into three-hour time slots. Volunteers can work more than one shift during this event.
There are several roles/duties we require assistance with in order to properly prepare for the event:
- Tent Set-Up: Responsible for assembling and setting up tents for artists and staff.
- Truck Unloading: Assists in unloading items from trucks for both artists and staff.
- Barricades: Monitors pedestrian vehicles to promote the safety of both the fair site and those attending the event.
- Roving: Ensures that artists know where to set up by guiding them to their designated spot. Rovers are also responsible for communicating with those working the barricades to ensure an efficient move-in process.
