We need your expertise at the Bridge Housing Community on Mabury Road.

The Bridge Housing Communities (BHC) provide interim housing opportunities to unhoused adults in a safe, private, and secure environment.

By providing fitness workshops, you will help participants build stability while bridging from homeless to housed.

Exercise improves mood and boosts energy. Learning healthy outlets and forming new habits will help our participants once they transition from our programs into permanent housing.

Workshops are typically an hour long and will be scheduled between 9am-6pm.
It would be great if you can provide your expertise on a regular basis.

There are 40 participants at the BHC. While there may not be 40 participants at the workshop, we ask that you bring enough materials for 40 participants.
