Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.

We believe that every young person possesses unique qualities that make them extraordinary, akin to the qualities of royalty. Our program is committed to helping them discover their "royal titles" and develop the confidence, skills, and character needed to build a future filled with purpose and success.
