The Freddie Ford Family Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit in search of individuals who have experience with obtaining sponsors for events. This is a virtual opportunity for someone with fundraising experience in obtaining sponsors and silent auction items.
The Freddie Ford Family Foundation supports under-served families impacted by autism and are raising awareness and acceptance of autism. The programs that we have for families are play dates, teen outings, Easter Egg Hunt, summer camp, annual 5k, and giveaways. We need camp sponsors and 5k race sponsors.
This organization is making an important impact on the ability to socialize for kids who may not otherwise get the opportunity to do so.

Description
The Freddie Ford Family Foundation supports under served families impacted by autism and are working diligently to raise awareness and acceptance of autism. Our programs support families and help educate families and the public on autism. The Freddie Ford Family Foundation has hosted a series of webinars regarding autism and the various therapies for families. We have donated sensory boxes for families during Covid 19 to support autistic children. We have adopted families for Christmas. We have donated Easter baskets. We have an annual event, Heroes for Autism 5K and 1 mile race. Finally, we are hosting our summer camp for autism this July 2021. We want to help autistic learn sports and enjoy camp for a fun summer experience.
Our future programs include social skills, employment skills and readiness, college preparation and transition, parent support, and transition program out of high school.
