- Respond to inquires. Provide information, directions or escort visitors to appropriate resources.
- Give directions and escort patients and guests to the correct department.
- Deliver flowers and other gifts to patient rooms.
- You must be able to handle a busy environment, be friendly and caring.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to interact with a culturally diverse and senior population.
- Ability to handle visitor problems in a professional manner with tact and diplomacy, and respond appropriately with patience and understanding.
- Ability to walk 5,000 steps per 4 hour shift
- Ability to push 150-200 lb person in a wheelchair.
