Tea with SOUL is our upscale annual fundraising event where guests hear a client story and learn more about how SOUL helps pregnant women and new mothers in need of stable housing and peer/mentor support.

Volunteers can help with:
- Pre-Event
- Securing event sponsors
- Marketing efforts and spreading the word
- Wrapping silverware and stuffing swag-bags
- Packing fancy china and decor
- On May 14th: Tea with SOUL event day
- Setting up fancy china and event tables
- Cleaning up
- Washing fancy china

SOUL endeavors to create a safe haven that provides emotional support and spiritual encouragement as well as life management counseling, career skills, and financial assistance for expectant mothers.
Description
SOUL provides support, mentoring, and housing assistance for pregnant women and new moms in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
We are a faith-based ministry, empowering pregnant women with what they need to keep their child.
SOUL believes in the continued support of mothers through ongoing friendship. While working toward our goals of maternity housing and a tea room, SOUL provides:
SOUL Sisters
Faith-based Peer Support Group
We also give baby showers for pregnant members.
Housing/Rental Assistance
For single pregnant women at risk of homelessness.
Currently in the form of rent and utility subsidies.
Mentoring and Classes
Faith and Research-informed Curricula:
