- A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
Kick-off the New Year with CoastLove and The Lagoon on Grassy Key as we clean up the mangroves and coastal areas surrounding the park. Grassy Flats is one of the last true island gems in the Florida Keys so we want to help keep it clean and healthy. After the event, Bongos Cafe will be sponsoring a volunteer appreciation party.
Education vendors will be set up to highlight the ecological wonders of the Keys and educate on the conservation challenges we face. Bongos Cafe and Grassy Flats are leaders in sustainability in the Keys with beautiful natural surroundings so you will not want to miss your chance to be a part of this exciting day.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty.
Water in coolers will be provided. We ask that you bring a reusable water bottle.
