Virtual Event Planner:

A Virtual Event Planner is a professional who oversees the logistics, technological aspects, and seamless execution of online events. As the Virtual Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and managing virtual events for attendees. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and communication skills, a heart for client support and satisfaction, and embrace our core values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule virtual events that are exciting for members and attractive to prospects
  • Help plan and execute the events: brainstorm ideas, develop event plans, and timelines
  • Setup and host technical aspects of Livestreams, broadcasts/webinars, and moderate comments
  • Upholds a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Calls with the lead point of contact to debrief key accomplishments and concerns

We are involved in collaborating with various organizations, including but not limited to legislators, law enforcement and rehabilitation resources such as Claire's House and New Day for Children here in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

100% of the funds we raise online through our participation in various affiliate programs gets donated to rehabilitate teens and children rescued from sex trafficking.
