Southlake Kiwanis seeks individuals with a heart towards service - particularly improving the lives of Children. We have ongoing service projects and monthly meetings.
We are always welcoming new members who want to get involved, join an organization that offers the opportunity for Service and Fellowship, and to help us serve children in our local community.
We are seeking volunteers to help us with our projects which include sponsoring and mentoring our high school Key club members, Miracle League, scholarship, SRO recognition and awards and growing our organization. A small part of our needs include making updates on our club webpage to help us publicize our mission, our events, and recruit new members. We are also looking for volunteers who can help mentor the Key Club Webpage team to manage our site (using Word Press) and manage the Key Club web pages too.
Kiwanis is part of an international organization - our club focuses on the needs in the area in and around Tarrant County, TX. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month for lunch at 11:55 am at Feedstore BBQ at 530 S. Whites Chapel Blvd.

The Southlake Kiwanis are heavily involved with local community youth including providing scholarships, fundraising, mentoring, and community service projects benefiting underprivileged youth in Tarrant and surrounding counties. We friendraise and fundraise to support a wide-variety of projects and groups all dedicated to improving the lives of children and enhancing our communities.
