Calling all culinary enthusiasts and baking aficionados! Here's a fantastic volunteer opportunity to share your cooking and baking skills with adults with differences. Join us in teaching skills training to group home residents and embark on a culinary journey together. From meal prep and baking to hosting monthly dinner parties, your expertise will help empower and inspire these individuals to develop their culinary talents. We provide a fully-equipped kitchen and all the necessary groceries, while you bring your passion and talent for cooking. Together, we'll create delicious meals and unforgettable experiences. Biweekly opportunities are available for 1-2 hours, offering flexibility in your schedule. Choose any weekday between 4 pm-7 pm or weekends between 10 am-7 pm at our Fleming Island and/or Middleburg locations. By sharing your cooking and baking skills, you'll not only create memorable meals but also foster a sense of independence, creativity, and community among the group home residents.
