Volunteer coaches provide instruction for novice through advanced level cyclists. Our program offers introductory lessons for youngsters on their first bikes, recreational level riding for midlevel cyclists, and competitive cycling tips for advanced cyclists. Coaches must own a bike unless they are working 1:1 with the novice group. Cycling training takes place at the Exchange at Meadowmont and nearby trails on Sundays, 10:00-11:30am.
