ORGANIZATION: Homeland Security Foundation of America

HSFA

The Halftime Youth Sports Network (HYSN.tv: https://www.hysn.tv/) is a social media-simulcasting network that unifies young athletes, fans, families, recruiters, and legends all in one place.

Our journalists connect with sports legends from all over the globe, and then we connect them to viewers live from our studio in Chamblee, GA.

HYSN.tv a public/private partnership between the Wisemen Company ( https://www.wisemenusa.com) and the Homeland Security Foundation of America’s (HSFA) Office of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Volunteer journalists for HYSN.tv research and write stories about local young athletes and individuals who are directly or indirectly involved in any type of team sport. Stories that are approved for publication are posted to the HYSN.tv website and the journalist is then scheduled to conduct a live interview during the HYSN.tv broadcast.

A modern cell phone is required to perform the live interview via Zoom, and it is recommended that a volunteer have another person operating the camera to provide a more production quality live remote.
