Developing future generations of diverse, science-fluent, critical thinkers is the key to our future as we face new, serious global challenges. We are looking for community-driven professionals to join our STEMCorps Mentoring Program and contribute to bridging the gap between equity and access.

The pathway to a STEM career is not yet equal for all. STEMCorps Mentoring Program seeks to bolster the resources available for students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue STEM learning in a safe space where they can connect and be encouraged by supportive role models. As a Mentor, your time together includes exploring STEM learning activities and animal science encounters using CuriOdyssey’s educational approach, and listening and learning from each other’s experiences.

Meet with your Mentee virtually or in person twice per month on Wednesdays from 4:30pm-5:30pm(PST). To learn more about joining the movement, visit www(dot)curiodyssey(dot)org under the Get Involved: Volunteer section. Mentor Application closes Oct 13, 2023.
