Volunteering at the Lake County Film Festival is an easy & fun volunteering experience, perfect for anyone who has an interest in movies. Tasks are extremely simple, and allow you to watch free films, as well as interact with filmmakers. We are looking for volunteers who can do any of the following:

Handle ticket collection & check badges.

Help guests with information & directions.

Sit in movies and make sure nothing goes wrong.

Mission Statement

Founded in 2004, The Lake County Film Festival main mission is our yearly film festival, which brings over 100 screenings to multiple venues in Lake County over 12 days. We have also brought free monthly screenings to the county, and have been known to assist other film events, and even filmmakers.

Description

We have shown about 1,000 films to 10's of thousands of audience members in Lake County. We consistently show quality independent films, including documentaries, international, and short films.
