A2 Artoberfest Volunteer Opportunities

The Guild of Artists & Artisans A2 Artoberfest turns 4! The event will take place along downtown Ann Arbor’s Fourth Avenue and into the charming Kerrytown Market. Features jury selected fine artists, wonderful live-entertainment, food trucks, craft beer and cider, and free admission. We are looking for volunteers to help:

• Booth Monitoring
  • We have many artists who participate in this event. They will need someone to watch their booth from time to time.
• Info Booth
  • Volunteers will be responsible for handing out information to visitors who attend the fair, answering questions (i.e. where are restrooms, where can I locate "this" artist)
• Barricades
  • The event is blocked off by barricades. We will need individuals stationed at each barricade to keep vehicles from entering the fair area. (This position will require someone present at all times.)
• Water Distribution
  
  • We will hand out water to our artists to quench their thirst throughout the day.
