Answer questions for clients in the Service Center. Rotate through residential floors (3 rd and 4 th) to assist staff, and clients as needed. Primary responsibilities include being present on the residential floors while staff are on breaks; assist with the laundry and non-resident shower programs, assisting staff with any tasks necessary for the smooth operation of all of the floors.

The Shelter Association of Washtenaw County (SAWC) provides temporary shelter and supportive services in a safe and caring environment, and works with the community to allocate the necessary resources to meet the needs of people who are homeless.
Description
We provide shelter and supportive services to adult men and women who are homeless. We work closely with our clients, through intensive case management, to help them achieve the goal of sustainable housing.
