Summit Academy OIC is looking for a reading/writing volunteer to lead adult education classes. Students in the Summit Prep program are working on improving their reading scores for the TABE and GED tests. The reading class runs from 9:30-10:45am, Monday-Friday. All lesson plans and materials are provided. We are currently looking to fill Thursday Mornings.

Currently, the class is running with students attending in-person only.
All volunteers will need to a 12-hour volunteer training before they are able to teach in the classroom.

Summit Academy OIC is a non-profit vocational training and educational center in North Minneapolis with over 50 years' experience helping Twin Cities' adults and youth in economically depressed neighborhoods acquire the tools they need to become educated, employed and self-supporting.
