As part of Operation: ADULTing(r)'s Outreach Engagement Specialist team, your undercover tactics to penetrate communities to facilitate meaningful connections. Your ability to blend harmoniously allows you to gain valuable insights, understand community dynamics & tailor outreach efforts to effectively engage with diverse audiences & keep our activities relevant to the world the young adults are entering. Roles & Weekly Activities:

1. Volunteer Recruitment Spy Master: a key role responsible for identifying, recruiting & coordinating volunteers to join various projects. Using a blend of traditional and unconventional methods, this individual will build a network of passionate and skilled volunteers, ensuring they are well-trained and strategically placed for maximum impact.

   • Recruit passionate volunteers
   • Conduct secret missions to identify potential volunteers & build a network
   • Coordinate training sessions & assign them to suitable projects

2. Social Media Cipher Agent:

   • Develop & execute strategic social media campaigns
   • Craft engaging & encrypted posts to captivate our online audience
   • Monitor & analyse social media analytics to optimise outreach efforts

3. Covert Community Infiltrator:

   • Stealthily infiltrate local communities to identify outreach opportunities.
   • Establish relationships with key community stakeholders and influencers.
   • Organize clandestine community events to spread our mission covertly.

4. Undercover School Operative:

   • Penetrate schools and educational institutions to promote our cause.
   • Coordinate engaging presentations and workshops for students and teachers.
   • Recruit student ambassadors to amplify our message within schools.

5. Event Infiltration Specialist:

   • Plan and execute undercover events to raise awareness and funds.
   • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
   • Utilize your spy skills to create an unforgettable event experience.

6. Partnership Espionage Manager:

   • Identify potential partners & conduct covert research on their interests
   • Initiate contact & negotiate partnerships to expand our reach
   • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners in secrecy

7. Fundraising Campaign Agent:

   • Design & implement undercover fundraising campaigns
   • Engage with donors personally, both in person & through encrypted messages.
   • Track & report campaign progress using classified metrics.

8. Corporate Sponsorship Sleuth:

   • Investigate potential corporate sponsors and their alignment with our mission.
   • Craft compelling sponsorship proposals with a touch of intrigue.
   • Establish and maintain covert relationships with corporate sponsors.

9. Public Relations Spy:

   • Manage media relations & covertly spread positive stories about our organisation
   • Draft press releases & media pitches that create buzz & intrigue.
   • Monitor and manage public perception through discreet reputation management.

10. Grant Intelligence Operative:

    • Research information to add to our grant opportunities database
    • Develop covert strategies for successful grant applications
    • Craft compelling grant proposals with a touch of mystery and intrigue

As long as you

• have a can do attitude
• are responsive enough when communicating on different platforms: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Gmail and other Social Media Platforms
• are willing to do the tasks on or before the given due dates to avoid delays and backlogs
• have a tech Savvy and can go around all the research platforms
• have a cheerful attitude just as we are for us to have a light workloads and finish the tasks on time
