JOB SUMMARY: Supervises and facilitates visits between non-custodial parents and their children.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for providing a safe and positive place for children to visit with their non-custodial parents

· Role model appropriate parenting skills to the parent when needed

· Facilitate interactions between parent and child as needed

· Perform interventions necessary to protect the safety of children and to enforce program policy

· Take observational notes summarizing the interactions of the visit

· Maintain program paper work

· Provide feedback to clients as to the nature of interventions

· Write incident reports as necessary

· Perform other duties as requested by the Site Supervisor as needed to further the objectives of the program
