Docents will be trained to give guided, informational tours of the Galloway House, a mid-Victorian mansion that was home to the locally prominent Galloway family. Docents have the opportunity to learn about the other historic structures on the grounds, and may have occasion to lead tours there, as well.

Description

The Galloway House and village is located on the historic homestead of the locally prominent Galloway family. The mid-Victorian mansion is surrounded by more than 30 historic structures, each a museum in its own right. Step into the past and experience what life was like in late 1800s Fond du Lac County. Visit the Blakely Museum to view hundreds of years of local history on display, including our featured collections of Indigenous artifacts and Trench Art.
