Volunteer drivers are urgently needed!

Help deliver groceries once a month to older adults in our Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)! We partner with the Greater Boston Food Bank, which delivers bagged groceries to the Arts at the Armory in Somerville. Logistics volunteers are needed to unload pallets, pack vegetables, and load boxes into drivers' vehicles. From there, delivery drivers and runners use a personal car to deliver them to older adults on a route.

The event takes place on the 1st Tuesday of each month, starting between 8 am and 9 am, and the time commitment will be about 2 hours.

Masks are required when delivering to recipients.
