VTN guidelines permit volunteers to transport Veterans using DAV vans to VA authorized medical care at no cost to the Veteran.

Coordinators will screen and schedule Veterans for pick up by volunteers from designated locations in the following cities:

North Dakota:
Minot, Cavalier, Grand Forks, Bismarck, Wahpeton

Minnesota:
Bemidji, Crookston, Park Rapids, Wheaton, Their River Falls, Roseau

Veterans are transported to and from designated locations to approved VA facilities to include the Fargo VA.
Veterans must be capable of entering/exiting the vehicles unassisted.

When available, volunteers are encouraged to use DAV vehicles to transport Veterans.
