I'm gratified to get an excellent opportunity to work with Lwaki ye as a volunteer (WordPress developer). Lwaki ye is an NGO based in Mukono, Uganda, which started in 2017. The agenda is to empower vulnerable women in repression by organizing numerous events regarding Why menstruation is still taboo? , digital training, business knowledge and many more. By working with Lwaki Ye, I’m not only expanding my knowledge of WordPress, but I also came up with a fascinating website.
Currently, we have a few volunteers working with us. I request you all to come forward to help us grow bigger and empower women. You can help by volunteering (digital marketing, content writer etc.), Internship, Corporate Partnership and Donation.
We often move towards helping a reputed and well-established organization to work just for security and their reputation, but here in Lwaki Ye, you are getting a chance to learn and explore your knowledge and skills by helping them as there are many things we have to do to grow.
