Of Color Inc was founded in 2016 and incorporated in 2019. We seek a diverse board of directors to add to our portfolio (please view our website at www.ofcolorinc.org). Skillsets needed for this opportunity are those individuals with legal, corporate, marketing & communications, grant making, and fundraising expertise.

We are currently a board of 10 and are seeking to grow to 11 with a professional that is connected to the corporate and philanthropic industry to help advance our agency mission. Our board meets 4 times per year with Officers meeting 4 additional times. Meetings are after work hours and board membership fees are $750 per year. Board terms are for two three-year periods.

At this time, our board meets virtually with a plan to perhaps begin in-person meetings in 2024. We save lives "literally" but need strong members to help us to increase our funding efforts as we work towards completing the goals of our five-year strategic plan.
