POSITION OVERVIEW:

Volunteer role Description: We are looking for driven individuals to attract and interact with humans around the world. The Content Creator and Social Media Volunteer must have a passion and understanding for social media, be a team player, create cool content in the form of photos, videos, audio and supporting copy. They will work with our team to develop & carry out the direction, mission and growth of our platforms and social engagement impact through impressions, follows, likes shares, fundraising and joining the Mission1Race community movement. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

MUST HAVE :-)

• Fluency in English
• Physical Responsibilities and Duties:
• This position requires 4 - 10 hours a week of donated hours.

MUST DO :-)

• Engage on social media platforms including: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok
• Create content for our social media platforms
• Monitor comments and engage our growing audience
• Create, Follow and Collaborate to create & execute campaigns and regular posting schedule
• Grow Social Following on each of our platforms

WHAT TO EXPECT :-)

• Bi Weekly Meetings on Wednesdays @ 5pm PT
• 1 on 1s
• Occasional team Project connection video calls

NICE TO HAVE :-)

• Knowledge of Creator Studio, Later and Canva
• Excellent writing video and text presentation and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of other major
• Knowledge of Marketing creation and content.
