If you are crafty and enjoy knitting, or sewing, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Everything can be done at home when you have extra time. We are looking for someone who has good knitting skills to help create items for our gift shop.
We are currently looking for someone who would be able to knit hats, scarves, or to sew other items for our gift shop. If there are other things you are able to make for us, let us know! We are open to any new ideas.
All the profits we make from the gift shop directly support our animals. Do something you enjoy while making a difference!

Mission Statement
West Place Animal Sanctuary rescues farm animals from abuse, neglect, and cruelty and provides them with a permanent home and lifelong care. We rehabilitate sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife in Rhode Island and release healthy animals back into their natural habitats. We also operate the lost dog shelter for the towns of Tiverton and Little Compton. Through our humane education programs, West Place educates the public, offers hands-on educational experiences through our immersive student internships, and cultivates a more compassionate community.
