Notre Dame Pedi Pals Pedi Pals program is seeking volunteers willing to donate 1-2 hours a week working with our pediatric palliative care population. Volunteer activities include office assistance, sitting with the patient to play a game, read a book, watch a movie or complete a craft. Volunteers are also needed to provide sibling support, tutoring and friendly visits to the patient and their family. College students are encouraged to apply for an opportunity to build your resume, utilize the skills and knowledge you have learned in the classroom, professional networking and development.

Notre Dame Health Care is a composite of programs primarily serving elders. We are also currently funded to provide pediatric palliative care and perinatal care. Notre Dame provides services on our campus and in the community. The highest standard of excellence in a mission driven setting is our promise to each person and family we serve.
Description
Notre Dame Pedi Pals Program is a provider for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Pediatric Palliative Care Network. Notre Dame Pedi Pals is funded by DPH and is available to all children and families in Massachusetts. Notre Dame Pedi Pals serves children and families in the Central Massachusetts area. Pedi Pals enhances existing services to meet the needs of eligible children with any life-limiting illness, even when a cure remains a possibility.
