Role Description

Butterfly Lifestyle Inc is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic administrative assistant to work alongside the Founder/CEO.

This is a great opportunity for someone willing to work in a startup environment, help with process improvement, and is open to the challenges of a small nonprofit.

We welcome creative individuals that bring a new perspective to challenges and problem-solving.


Responsibilities

  • Hybrid opportunity (Virtual & In-person)
  • Collaborate with the CEO to support the mission of the nonprofit.
  • Assist with the planning of community events.
  • Create and maintain documents.
  • Prepare the documents to be submitted to the food bank.
  • Consolidate the information received from food distribution.
  • Research potential donors and event sponsors

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism
  • Proactive and takes initiative in making things happen
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software

Our belief is for an individual to truly be whole; the mind, body, and soul are all required to be healthy. The nonprofit exists to help and facilitate individuals on making the necessary lifestyle changes allowing them to be the best version of themselves possible.

Description

The Butterfly Lifestyle nonprofit was first established in Florida in May 2019 by Health and Wellness coach Shereece Mitchell. It was through her process of losing over 100 lbs. that Shereece had the epiphany that she not only needed a physical transformation, but also a spiritual and mental alteration. Combining her love for helping others and volunteering, The Butterfly Lifestyle became her brainchild and was thus formed to assist individuals who are less fortunate to receive opportunities to live a healthier life.
