ORGANIZATION: Freedom Palliative Hospice Care - San Antonio

A vietnam veteran with paranoia wouldn't let anyone visit with him. The nurses, aides, chaplain noone! The veteran volunteer walked in and started talking about Vietnam and asking questions. The patient opened up for the first time. He laughed and talked for an hour.

There is something about veteran to veteran comradery that cannot be deplucated.

Come visit with a veteran today!
