Company Description

Liberty Medical Center of Texas (LMC) is a non-profit, in the fundraising phase of opening facilities that provide medical services to the local community of veterans and their families through primary care and mental health.

Our goals include assisting the VA Hospital with wait times and becoming the provider of choice for veterans in our community. LMC will work with Tricare, CHAMPVA, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance programs to offer care to all veterans and their adult family members. In partnership with our medical staff, the focus will be on compassionate, high-quality and cost-effective healthcare services. Our team will specialize in improving the physical, psychological, and emotional wellness and work to increase the overall health status of our heroes in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Job Summary

Research & Analysis - designing, executing, and delivering relevant research on customers, markets, and competitors using a variety of resources, tools, and techniques.

Developing Content - sharing stories and intelligence in a consultative manner with key business stakeholders leveraging a variety of mediums (video, presentations, graphs, etc.

Building Relationships and Networks - connecting across the organization to develop a deep understanding of different needs to help define and answer critical business questions.

Team Initiatives - support various internal team efforts including technology adoption, learning and development, and social events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of research analytics experience.
