Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP)

VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON MENTORS WANTED!! We are currently looking for volunteer mentors who reside in Denver or the surrounding areas to join RAMP to serve our youth in various Denver Public schools both virtually and in-person. Virtual and in-person is based off each school's COVID restrictions.

The Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP) is a high-tech, career-focused mentoring program for youth involved with or at risk of becoming involved with the juvenile justice system, including those with disabilities. The RAMP model uses a combination of group, peer, and one-on-one mentoring to promote the successful transition of RAMP youth to employment, continued learning opportunities, and independent living. Employment Works is proud to assist adults and youth, with mild to severe disabilities, as they pursue meaningful employment. We serve more than 4,000 people annually through the Ready to Achieve Mentoring Program (RAMP), Social Security Work Incentive Planning, Colorado Work Incentive Counseling, Ticket to Work and Employment Works job placement programs.
