We are currently seeking Mentors to join our Team, Virtual, and In- Person.
The perfect candidate’s will become a Mentoring Couch for under repsented High School youth coming from a single parent households, who will be first generation college students throughout the Chicago area. Mentors will connect with Mentee's virtual once a week on Rise Foundation's secure Virtual Platform. In-Person Mentor's will visit with their Mentee once weekly during, or after school to connect with their mentee, school counselor, making sure mentee is on track for graduation. No worries! we will provide orientation in order to provide structure, support, and activities for both in-person and virtual mentoring.
Must agree to a background check
Must provide a social security number
Must be willing to attend virtual/in person weekly meeting (evenings)
Must commit to weekly mentoring throughout the school year starting October 1st, - June 1st.

Description
The Rise Foundation, is a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)3 status. Currently servicing the youth& their single parent in Chicago 's Englewood community. Since we were founded we have assist with 100% of the youth in our program attend a college or University of their choice. We vow to continue our quest to provide the resources, and in the very near further our very own Schlorship to the lucky recipients in rhis wonderful program!
