We are looking for Veterans who would like to volunteer on our team and provide support and companionship to our Veteran hospice patients. There is a special bond between Veterans, and we want to embrace that here at Gentiva Hospice.
If you are a Veteran and would love to help support a hospice Veteran by talking with them and visiting with them, please reach out to us! This role could also help support us by doing different Veteran activities in the community.
Hospice Volunteer Training is required along with a drug screen and background check.
Please reach out with any questions, I would love to share more with you about this special role.
