SCORE local chapters make a huge difference in their local small business communities every day. Through localized programs and outreach, SCORE chapters work directly with local small business owners and entrepreneurs to thrive your local community. SCORE local chapters thrive through the energetic, enterprising local volunteer force supporting the chapter operations.

The backbone of the local chapter, SCORE is looking for volunteers with local support, leadership, marketing and chapter support operations. This "grass roots" local volunteer opportunity is a great way to work with other dynamic professionals to make an impact in your small business community.

Services that SCORE local chapters need include: email and digital marketing, networking and social media skills, data and analytics, and local events and logistics, and many other activities that local support small businesses. Examples of chapter support roles include Community Ambassador, Partnerships & Fundraising, Media Contact for National and Local PR, Marketing, Chapter Administrator, Webmaster, and more.

If you have a few hours per month and want to get involved in your local small business community, become a SCORE Chapter Volunteer. Chapter volunteers can fulfill many different roles and bring different experiences and backgrounds, ranging from business experienced roles to interns with specialized skills and a willingness to help a team and grow new skills.
